Partner Management - when a customers user must approve your access to their data.

1. The Customer must buy an ExorLive license for the integration from ExorLive sales. This must be in place before step 2 becomes available.
2. An Administrator user of the customer must log in to ExorLive and activate the integration as shown in the screenshot below.
3. The customer must send (by email?) the Admin User Id to you so you can register it as the Admin User Id you shall use in the API on behalf of this customer.
   
   When you call the API on behalf of this customer, you shall use your API Key and API Secret together with this Admin User Id.
